Iron Belle Gym
Iron Belle Gym is the only women-only fitness center in Cabarrus County. The 5000 square foot facility offers secure, members-only 24-hour access and a wide variety of cardio and strength training equipment, including (two treadmills, two ellipticals, a stairmaster, Xebex rower, a series of Life Fitness machines for a circuit full body workout, and other assorted free weights, plate loaded, and selectorized strength training equipment). The owner and staff are committed to offering a facility exclusively for women that focuses on physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle focusing on strength training, metabolic conditioning, and nutrition. Work out using state of the art equipment in a bright, airy, safe environment, then relax your muscles in our infrared sauna or unwind in our lounge area with complimentary bottled, iced, and infused water. A private locker room, clean towels, a free fitness library, and more complete your post-workout cool-down.

COMPLIMENTARY LESSON
At Iron Belle we welcome anyone who has an interest in strength training and conditioning. We have equipment and classes for everyone, from the beginner to the experienced fitness enthusiast, with cardio, circuit training, traditional free weights, and group classes. For those with no prior experience, we offer a complimentary lesson on using the machines, as well as individual personal training for those who want more in-depth instruction.
We also offer a series of fitness classes throughout the week, including spinning, yoga, body combat, kettle bell, and more in a dedicated area separated from the open gym.
There is no “magic pill” when it comes to being healthy nor is there an “easy road” to it. A basic program focused on strength training and cardio and building lean muscle is essential to both being healthy and quality of life. One of the primary objectives at Iron Belle is helping women of all ages in accomplishing this goal and maintaining it.
